wow thats one ugly beastie. looks like a slightly flattened conger eel (see attachment below) which got out of the wrong side of the bed in the morning... 
Very similar to a snakehead fish (which eats EVERYTHING). This is one alive- not flattened or decomposed:

Thanks for the information, pal. Anyway, nothing really strange about that. Its probably some ugly ,decomposed, ran over fish that isnt uncommon.
