maybe some, but i dont think all the cars are stopped.surely one of the cars would have been moving and or blurred.and 15mph is not that fast, the cars are far enough away to stop in time all are running,i say that because th lights are on.another intresting point, check out the white ford ranger.it apears to be speeding off.look how its slanted.if he was speeding off,and it was the cam it would have been blurred.the cars have 1 or 2 car links in between ,for 15mph thats about right.
and another thing, the shadow person seems to be crossing in traffic from a dark rv lot.the ford ranger is blocking the path, that leads me to belive when,he/it crossed the ranger was not there, which also makes me think the cars are moving.if the cars were stopped he ould have walked behind the ranger and in front of the tacoma,(]I think he was walking behind his own truck) if his detination was behind the tacoma wouldnt he be angled insted of walking towards an alley? and if it was human, why no colors of clothes? most people walking around on the 4 of july at night dont wear all black,(who says?)and the chest and head are very odd looking, not like a normal human, you see no hair or human features at all,yet you can clearly see the drivers in the other cars.if one so much as moved their hand you would see some blur.i again referance the ranger, look at the dodge pickup behind it,if they were stopped the dodge would be a few feet from the ranger, not 2 car links.please read every thing i said, dont just skim
i'm pretty sure mine has been helping me and i think she saved my life at least 2 times.i think shadow people are helpful,or maybe even gaurdian angels.although ive been trying to get mine on cam,she does not like it,the cam fails, even with new batts and sd card.the cam works fine everywhere else.its only when i try to catch her do i hav an issue ith my cam.
beach front speed limits are often reduced durring 4 of july to reduce accidents with pedestrians. (at least where i live anyway) (aha!!)
Sorry, feeling lazy so I added some comments in red to yours.
Again, all we have to go on is the word of the guy who submitted this to C2C. The biggest point I should mention is that the
guy walking is obviously walking faster than the traffic. That's pretty obviously the bottom line here, to me.
I'll reiterate my earlier post:

I could be wrong about any of these, but as with any of these Coast to Coast photos, the explanation of the person who took the photo is suspect. Everyone wants to believe they have THE best ghost photo. For instance (quote from Coast to Coast): The photo clearly shows a shadow person behind the white pickup truck in the foreground. Clearly? Hmmmm sounds as though this person's mind is already made up.
He is
telling us that this is definitely 100% no-doubt-about-it shadow person. So, of course, knowingly or not, he is going to skew the facts, even slightly to support his claim. I think his calculations are incorrect (see my 4 reasons) and I stand by them still. Its simple human nature, and unfortunately, doing what I do in my spare time, I come across it so often, its sad.
To me, its a camera error. Maybe I'm jaded. I don't feel many photos I have seen are authentic. I'm stubborn that way, yet I am truly a believer.
