My posting is that of an eyeball staring at me. You can see it in the corner of the doorway top right. I also look like I'm wearing a veil, which I think was funny, but it's only a curtain from my bed..and the light makes it appear to be that I'm a bride.

The veil illusion is great... cannot see the eyeball though...

I'll post another one like this where it was caught. I have it circled in pink. The illusion was a complete accident, but I love the effect..

You will have to enlarge the image to see the eyeball if you can .

Killbride, I blew it up as much as I could, but I cannot seem to find it. I am sure it is clear in the original picture though, being of a higher resolution.

I realize the more you play with it the more it becomes distorted. I guess you'll just have to take my word for it...lol

maybe somehow I can send you a link to the original..try yafro dotcom you'll find me there

Can't see it either, but yeah, you're cute.
Phantom
Feb 16 2004, 08:08 PM
Well, we do not want it to become distorted, so let's stop playing with it.

I tried the yafro.com, and I'm sure it's there, but it would be better to send me a direct link to it.
Thanks!

I gotta agree with that dreamrebel,I can't see it

With careful concentration you possibly could, however if you don't know what you're looking for then you won't. I can agree that on here it is hard to tell.

I don't see any glasses, I only think the sparkle from the eye caused it to look that way.

killbride...what do you think it is?

I really am not sure, because I only see one eye. That is it. One eye, no face. I enlarged it and it's the same thing.

Feb 17 2004, 07:12 PM
You know, in my pictures you can see things... but then again, you can see things that aren't there. You know, you can imagine it. I'm new at this photography thing, so I am undecided as to what is REALLY there. It could be our imaginations...we can just make images into things.

I see it! That's odd. Did it look similar to any other eyes in pictures you had taken? A friend of mine had pictures where things showed up that were not on the roll of film like a dog bowl and a rug, she dosen't know why. Sounds like your case.

I know what you're thinking, but I took this with a webcam a month ago and just recently noticed there was an eye. It is just an eye..nothin else..weird.

I definitely see your eye...but if you look again you can lose it.

i see it! its about as tall as your arrow cursor, and in the part of the door shaped like the top line of a '1' that hangs over. its dim, but see it. its not the half circle shaped curtain int the center of the door.

I noticed something tonight. I see the eye in every shot I capture. It seems to be built in to the camera lens somehow. I will try a few samples to experiment with soon.

Sounds like a lens defect to me or a lens that needs to be cleaned.
killbride
Feb 19 2004, 12:47 AM
I also tried to clean the lens with a cotton swab. It still remains there. It may be inside the lens. but I'm not sure I want to try to remove it. Might break it altogether.

killbride
Feb 19 2004, 12:44 PM
I'm not so sure that it's only a defect..I have heard of strange occurences in computers before. Demonic faces appear on a monitor which is turned off, computer systems erasing programs and strange markings on the cover. This cam belonged to a person who is a professor at a university nearby. He deals with archaology, including skeletal remains. Maybe it's due to that?

Feb 19 2004, 04:30 PM
killbride...Holy Cow!
...that's interesting ...can you tell us more about this professor?

Feb 19 2004, 04:39 PM
What about the other pictures? Is it in the same place?
Seraphina
Feb 19 2004, 04:40 PM
I see the eye, it's pretty clear
Now, I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on cameras, digital or otherwise...but if it's on every picture you take, could it not just be an image that's been burned into the camera lenses or something? Maybe a sort of shadow of the first pic the camera took?
I dunno whether that happens or not, but if it's showing up on every pic, then it sounds more likely your camera is messed up somehow than it's possessed by a strange, eye shaped ghost

This story might get pretty interesting.

How much do u know about the prof?
killbride
Feb 19 2004, 11:40 PM
From another man who is a professor it was given to my friend and then to me. See, this person really likes me and would likely marry me in a minute...so he says..lol. He even told me to consider being a mature student there. I would like being a part of that class though. I'm pro-education.
killbride
Feb 19 2004, 11:43 PM
The only thing I can tell you is that I could be financially secure with this person, but I don't think I'd be happy..not truly. I'm seeing someone else..and though he and I are the better match in every other category, this professor guy isn't much older than I am..and really would take care of me. hmm..
killbride
Feb 19 2004, 11:47 PM
I feel that I don't complement this man the way I do with my present guy. My image..it's not quite professional, but I can so fake it out and look like a teacher. On the other hand my alterior image is based on punk.. if you can believe it..

Do you have a hall light that goes into the ceiling there? It could just be the camera angle...
But, If it isn't, I am probably one of the most understanding of such things on this board... I have myself had multple incounters, such as a shadow in the doorway of my bedroom [I was in the room outside it] and hearing footsteps and a clattering in my room. I was scared to death, I would have sensed it if it was a human, but after seeing the shadow I automaticly picked it up as a spirit, possibly a demon, I didn't get a veiw of it myself, but when u see a shadow shaped like a muscular man in ur doorway and u check it out [bout an hr after watching the doorway and hearing or seeing nothing else] and finding no one or nothing In the room, the only exit is a window which has been sealed for quite some time...
Odd things happen, I know. That wasn't the last experience of the odd ive had, but I wont go into betail now, as it is your topic...

There is one, but I'll show you another pic of it with lights on. You cannot see it within view. There is only a smoke detector but it is also hidden. The same picture

So, you're saying monitors and computers and cameras can be possessed. And, you think your camera might have a demon in it.Maybe your professor is keeping an eye on you.
