This is something I would really like to do, but I don't know if you can actually be a paranormal investigator for a real job. I know you can investigate this stuff as a hobby but I mean like a career, or a job that you get payed for. There aren't many jobs that I think would want to do other than this. If you can do this as a job how much does it pay, is it easy to break into the business of paranormal investigation, and what kind of education after high school (if any) would I need?

That's been something I've wanted to do for a while, but no, you can't get a career in investigating to support you, alone. It's more of a hobby. You can't really make money from it, anyway, unless you're going to have your clients pay you for your services--which is almost sort of unfair. Otherwise, your foundation will be making it primarily on donations. All in all, investigating--if with a group--brings no money. It's merely an interest, a hobby, like flying planes.

You can't major in it paraphsychology in college, but certain other "jobs" are around for those that are skilled in that area. I would do some research, if the paranormal is something you really want to get into, for available opprotunities.

No, you can't make money investigating the paranormal. It is wrong to charge for something that isn't proven.

Fundraisers and Donations is where you make your money but for the group only. In May alone we are expecting to pull in at least 2000 from fundraisers.

All of our donations and fundraising money goes toward equipment and group trips.
