"The brother of a man whose killer posed for photographs with his dead body has been jailed after stabbing his friend in a row over a TV digibox.
Henry Burgess, 28, was sentenced to seven years for the attempted murder of Brian Bullman, 30, in Possilpark, Glasgow, on 29 May last year.
A court heard Burgess stabbed Mr Bullman because the digibox did not have all the channels he wanted.
Burgess's brother, Scott, was killed at his home in Paisley last summer.
The High Court in Glasgow was told that Henry Burgess stabbed Mr Bullman twice, cutting his femoral artery, at a house on Hamiltonhill Road.
Mr Bullman stopped breathing on the way to hospital and had to be revived by medics.
Burgess claimed he had been acting in self defence, but was found guilty by a jury after a two-day trial.
His girlfriend, Laura McDermott, of Hamilton Road, who witnessed the attack on Mr Bullman, lied to police and claimed another man had carried out the stabbing.
She was convicted of attempting to pervert the course of justice and will be sentenced next month. "
