FROM RICH GIORDANO

A few years ago I took this picture and have yet to get an explanation as to what this object can possibly be.

I set up the link below so anyone can see the actual pic which can be blown up and there's another link of a similiar object someone else took for comparison from another part of the world at a different date.

Object looks like it's made from man made steel and it's the very popular acorn-shape we hear about from other stories. This object sounds like the object seen from Kecksburg in the '60s and many other UFO stories from the beginning of time.

Did I actually see a genuine UFO? Here is, in my opinion, one of the best UFO pictures ever taken. At least by me.

Story and pics below. Don't forget when looking at the picture you must look at the very top almost at center.

Email Rich at info@cnufos.com if you have an explanation or another picture similar to this one for us to see.

Is this another 'critical thinking' test?

Er...er urrg er is a bottle top?

Thank god, photos alone can't be used as evidence. I don't have to decide on 'anything.'

Rich, you might never get an explanation as to what the alleged object could possibly be. While the other photo you use as reference does have a similar appearance it's not 100% similar. Yours looks like the tip of a cheap ballpoint pen, highly magnified. The reference photo also looks like the tip of a ballpoint pen but a "quality" one where the tip is more of a ball, creating a smoother writing. Your "ballpoint pen tip" could rip paper, while the other one wouldn't.

You took a beautiful picture with an odd addition. Crop the photo so that you wind up with a beautiful picture and for anyone with eyes to see, and curious, show them the uncropped one.

I took a photo back in the '90s and never noticed a dark object in the sky because the object is too small and it is in the negative, not a dust speck speck. I made a large poster of the photo and the object just looks like a dark, round UFO with "possibly" a dome. No one is qualified to give an opinion as to its reality. Like yours, it's just a curiosity.

When looking at pics like these some of the things I look for is:

Checking to see if the object is somewhat centered in the photo
Why? if you pulled out a camera to take a picture of something do you center the camera on it?

Next, check to see if its behind glass, it may be a reflection.

Well since it didnt pass being a centered object, this would lead me to believe that this object was noticed AFTER taking the picture.
I think it is likely a nib of a pull cord for blinds or something like that.

D is here
Thank you for sharing your story and photo with us.
It's interesting to consider what the object could be.
I wouldn't even hazard a guess, but I do agree with you on what it looks like it's made of.

I hope you'll give an update if you ever find out what it is.

I also agree with Donteatus, I think Sadona would be a beautiful place to picnic.

It looks very small even given the scale of the pic,and angle to the sun in respect to the focal clarity and all .might be a acorn from rocky and bullwinkle lol keep-em-comeing

Reach out to the stars!Thank you for sharing your picture. This is a great pic. , but i think the object seems to be moving slowly, or still. Why wasn't another picture taken?
anyways don't stop taken pictures cuz the next time you might just catch the real thing. Awesome. grin2.gif

Erm....real in what sense. I would say that it is a ufo in the literal sense, i.e. an unidentified flying object. but so are all 'ufos' Having said that there's almost definately a logical explanation of what it is.
