first of all im new on the forums but have been looking at the site for a while. So here is my story...Me and two of my friends were driving from one town to my home town (there about 20 miles away) and we see this light. I point at it and ask what it is. Then we start discussing and trying to figure it out. All of a sudden it gets really bright and after a minute the bright light goes out and it starts moving towards the highway. When the bright lights go out there were a couple of flashing lights so we thought maybe its a helicopter but the lights were all white none of them were red/green or red/blue which ever aircraft normally have. so we were all kinda freaking out. then it moved right above us. I really didnt see the shape because it was dark just the lights. Then it flew along side us for a while then took off east. A week later we were driving back from lubbock texas which is about an hour and a half away from where i live. And we see a light similar to the one we saw the first time. My friend points at it and goes "ufo" (he was with me the first time.) then we started laughing. Then the light gets brighter again and a chill goes all over me and then the story basically repeats itself. Which the only thing that sucks is that both times it was like the same thing so its kind of hard to believe. But i have no idea what it was.

If this object was flying and you couldnt identify it then technically it's a UFO ! what size was it ?

I have to agree. If you didn't know w hat it was, then it technically is an Unidentified Flying Object. I haven't had one of those experiences yet, unfortunately.

Could have been anything really,But if the lights were moving in a way that conventional aircraft cannont move, then it may be something extra ordinary of coarse.Seeing a light in the sky at night is just that for me, a light in the sky at night.Seeing a weird object that can't be explained away in daylight hours though,thats a differant story.If you feel that you guys saw a ufo though, my advise would be to report it, there may be others who saw the same thing that night.

have u seen it since? if u go down that road again bring a camera

Egads! That sounds fun... (in a paranoid terrified sort of way.) Where exactly (what state) was this? I am excited to say that I've had a similar experience. Thereabouts I've seen 2 Unidentified Flying Objects. Whether or not they were extraterrestrial in nature or not, I have no idea.

it was kind of too hard to tell the size of it...and i live in new mexico like 10 minutes away from the texas/new mexico border. and since we saw the same thing twice i wana see it again...this time i got my camera and binoculars in my truck.

I dont know, find out if there were any reports of others seeing this thing too..

From my understanding, Texas is a huge flight zone for the military. However, from what I hear, there has been increased ufo sightings in texas....I don't believe in this sort of thing but like everyone else said, if you can't identify it, ufo.

I saw a UFO once then it flew away and then I cried.

I saw something out of the ordinary maybe a few times.
Definitely was not something man made. This one time
*not a band camp* during the night I and some family were
outside late, had a campfire going and telling stories. When
someone noticed what at first seemed to be a star but then
it started moving very slowly. Then it all of sudden shot across the sky
and then came back jus as fast. It like zipped to one point in the sky stopped
and zipped straight back to it original place it was at when it was moving slow.
Then it stands completely still for a few mins shining bright like a distant star.
Then all of a sudden its gone.

I have seen two UFOs on seperate occasions and this sounds a lot like my first experience,
