This is a real incident that happened to my brother(as narrated to me by him) on Thursday, 17th April 2008.
My brother works for a computer firm in Chandigarh, India in the night shift. His shift ends at 9:30 Am. He usually comes to his apartment at 9:45 where he stays with one of his friends.
On that day also he reached his apartment at 9:40-45 and took a bath and opened his laptop. He felt sleepy and he closed the laptop and lied down trying to sleep. After a minute or two he felt heaviness in his head as someone was pushing his head down. He woke up…After some time his friend arrived… he also took bath and they both lied down… Again after a minute or two they both felt as is some one or some thing was pushing them down and not letting them get up…their heads became heavy…my brothers friend was yelling “I can’t breath, I can’t breath”.. They both were wet in sweat. My brother then gathered his energy and reached the door and opened it. As he opened the door everything was normal and they both ran out of the room, scared…
SO WHAT WAS THAT…..Some kind of vacuum that was created in the room (as it is very hot in April in India) or some supernatural thing.

It could be the heat, I suppose. Has your brother experienced anything else similar in the past?

Its hard to say what it is. Sounds like Sleep Paralysis, however they both witnessed it, so that rules that out. Not sure if it was oppressive heat, or possibly it was a very quick encounter with a spirit...JN

That would suck. Where does this guy live? Chandigarh? Is there a lot of spiritual happenings in this part of India?

sleep paralasis. ha good call. I've had that happen and can definitely see how it can be mistaken as paranormal. But as you said, there are two who experinced the same thing. Are you sure you guys weren't eating some weird mushrooms, j/k . Would of loved to experince that. Ultimately its up to you to formulate your own belief on the situation. What do you think? definitely no kind of vacuum explanation.......

Personally I think it has something to do with the bath...

Perhaps some kind of noxious gas was leaking into the appartment? Something like that could easily cause breathing problems, make you feel dizzy or heavy, etc. Whatever it was, it doesn't sound like a pleasant experience.
