What kind of things are you talking about exactly?

Just seein things eg shadows, out-lines, people and hearin things as i have tried to talk to a psychic and they wont let me near them

Welcome to UM...If you want responses leave a little more information for us...In other words, where are you seeing shadows, is it day or night, when your falling asleep, etc...and what sort of things are you hearing...Are you alone, with people...detail it more o.k....

Some people believe using these opens people up to other side . kinda like opening a doorway .

Sorry I live in NZ and with my wife and wee girl in a old hospital I see figures all the time! day, night i almost crashed the work truck as i tried to miss a man standin in the middle of the open road and all i could hear was him screaming "your him"

When you mess around with Ouija boards and other things of that sort, it's basically an invitation for things. Especially when you don't know what you're doing.

rollinevo, you're going to need to elaborate more on your experiences if you're seeking help or advice from the members of this board. Although I can tell you you're not going to find 'higher help' here.
I see people, shadows, outlines etc all the time, but this is normal. You need to tell us why in your case it's different, if you can.

You need to close the doors you must have opened when you played with that thing it was one of the worst things you could have one, were you alone? you need to go to the web find the info to rid your self of what you may have let loose to follow you

i have tried to talk to all the psychic in New Zealand and 20% dont belive me and the reat tell me i need higher help!!!

I've experienced more than what you're talking about here (a lot more my friend)... and I've never recieved, or needed "higher help".. There is none, except prayer, or shielding.
maybe confronting those things and telling them to leave you be, as I've done.

well if your all good with your sight then ya but im not so sure what im gettin is..... ok
