Ok i'm a bit mixed up with all the definitions, psychic, medium, sensitve etc.... i see visions in my third eye (i have no clue what they mean) i can feel spirits or bad energy. I can feel when someone's down or if something is wrong with them or if someone is a good person or not. What does this make me then, any thoughts?

I don't know, but you're very lucky, at least in my opinion.

I really can't understand how my own crazy mind works, let alone sense who others are and what they are feeling.

Well some of that makes it sound like you are empathic, and also there is spiritual energy everywhere and maybe you're more sensitive to that realm of reality.

In biblical terms visions might be related to prophecy (there are different types of prophecy) and being able to see or sense spirits is called discernment. Though one would have to have given themselves to God so the Spirit can work through them for that to happen.

In spiritual terms here are a few links from wikipedia that might help you get started to help you sort through what is happening. Do you mind describing to us some of your visions? Also in which context do you feel spirits and bad energy? The third part of being closely in tune to other people's feeling is what an empath can do as others have stated.

ok for the visions i have had i'll mention a few that i have had, i have seen several people i don't know, faces i don't recognize, i have seen a red brick house with white porch on a few occasions also i have see a kinda police truck turn the corner, i have yet to interpret these visions i have no clue what they could mean..

I feel when someone is around me, i get nervous and goosebumps. I feel bad energy with a gut feeling like a heavyness on my chess.

There can be two explanations. It is prognostication and something like you have had a vision about will occur and you will fit the pieces in after the fact. Secondly it could be your earliest memories attempting to resurfaces, such as you were witness to some incident as a child and now you are having memories about it. Most likely it is the first, prognostication, and even though you might not be able to stop what is about to occur there maybe some reason why people have these type of visions. The answer to that is beyond me but if anyway you can use these to help people it is worthy of exploration. Maybe it will just bring you closer to an incident and the simple answer is you talking to someone affected by it will have meaning to both of you.
