Most people think that humans are superior to any other type of animal, but why?

Yeah, well maybe it's because no other animal can use their creative skills in the same way as humans, you know, with their hands forming things from just a thought. Animals can't do that, right? I mean, we know they know how to care for their young and build nests and stuff like that, but take a look at this and see what difference there could be between a third-world village with elephants roaming around and a rich California neighborhood with roaming child molesters or Israeli towns with golden domed mosques with missiles flying around.

I believe this has been shown in previous threads. The elephant has been taught and is instructed to paint. If the elephant is left to paint on its own the out come is a little more abstract.

The shark is circling! I wonder if I can put my elephant in that school and how long would it take to teach him. That painting was not done from anything but the procesess in the elephants mind. Well, they say that the elephant is the smartest animal, I don't know, but the discipline required to produce such perfection in drawing is what I am looking at. You can actually 'see' the elephants mind at work. I enjoyed it!

Sometime within the past couple of years a type of parrot (I believe) were given crook shaped tools and used the tool to get birdfood out from the bottom of glass tubes in which they could not reach "called macataws, these birds are" yes I think yoda is right ... but anyway a male took the crook from the female who then used a long thin piece of wire and made her own. Critical thinking if I've seen it, it is.
