My Brother seems to think I'm a little crazy, because of the size of my PC Monitor. But It's also my main TV, and I sit back and watch movies on it.

Just interested really in what everyone else's PC looks like. So we can get an Idea of what the station is like where the Post originate from! Strange I know, but I think an area where someone spends a lot of time says something about that particular person.

So here's mine, in an arty black and white photo, lol.

Ok, I'll bite. I don't have a desk at home, just my lap and laptop. But this is my desk at work! LOL. Today, I have a 21" monitor that's mounted on that swing arm. This is a typical Vendor desk at Microsoft. I work in the newest Microsoft building on the Windows team. This picture was snapped the day we moved into this office about a month ago.

Hmmm, Service Pack 1 is out already. Beyond that, I can't say much, I'm bound by NDA's, and the last thing I want to do is tangle with MS's legal department. LOL.

I rent a room which is too small (around 10m x 5m) for big screen. The biggest monitor that I have is 19" WS, but Im satisfied enough with this setup.

I use my computer for everything. Research, work, movies, communication, gaming, everything. The bigger monitors aren't necessarily better than the smaller ones when it comes to quality and lifespan. But when I find that rare gem of a monitor that's big, reliable, high-end, and affordable, I'll buy it on sight. I see no reason why that's anymore crazy than a person buying a huge high-end t.v.

you can never have a big enough computer monitor in my eyes

lol. Surprisingly the sound the speakers pump out is unbelievable. Of course the Tv has sound too!

Friend of mine has a 72" that they use for their PC monitor, as well as TV. It is huge, but it is cool to see Age of Empires in such a large picture. Mine is, I believe, a 20" LCD Monitor, which is big enough for my tastes, at the moment. I may use a television in the future, although likely not a 72" tongue.gif
