EVERYnight for the past three years i have had strange dreams. i cant see anything, its as if i'm in a pitch black cave, but the weird thing is, i dont know if i'm there, i mean i cant feel myself, not even numbness. anyways there are always 3 or four different voices screaming and babbling at me in different languages that i've never heard before. anyways, i am still living a perfectly normal life. i go to school, have friends, fit in fairly well. i am certain i'm not mentally ill or unstable or anything. i just want to know if anyone has had any similar eperiences, anything, anything at all, no matter how small it is.

I think dreams like you discribed have something to do with being 'in between sleep and conciousness' I quite often hear what could be described as babbling early in the morning when i'm not quite awake...

the strange thing is that i'm also able to think extramely fast and solve complex problems when i'm in the 'babbling' state...

I have to agree with Promethius. Oftentimes when I'm dozing and near sleep, or in this morning's case unable to fully wake up, I get in the same state. My brother said something to me this morning, and all I recall is a babbling noise in which I replied 'yah' to.

So many people hear voices ~_~ I wonder what is going on in the world for this to happen?
I have felt 'presences' during the time the brain switches between alpha and theta wave stages of sleep. But never voices. Ask your family about it most likely they do not hear voices either?

Well... in America we're being slowly driven insane by our failing economy.

Maybe that's why. *beams*
