Hi I lost a very close friend of mine almost 2 years ago and I miss him so much.
I have been thinking about trying to contact him in some way but Im not sure how to go about it and I dont want to contact anyone else but him.
I just want to make sure hes ok and at peace because I didnt get to talk to him before he went as he was on a ventillator.
He was very religious so I dont know if it is possible to contact him where as Im not religious at all.
Any advice would be welcome please. Thanks in advance x

have you tried having a seance, another way ive been able to comunicate is through dreams.

I wouldnt have a clue how to go about having a seance and wouldnt it then be possible for anything to come through. Ive dremt about him loads but I think thats just because hes on my mind a lot.
I really need something I can do alone because I think others might laugh at me if they knew I was trying to contact him.

Let him come to you and he will. Give it time. I am sorry to hear of your loss but im sure he will pay you a visit from time to time count on it.

if you think it unfair that they are gone then "Live for them". give your life greater meaning. for every mile you run for yourself run one for each person you've lost and you will find you can do more then anyone else

I'm sorry for your loss, and I'm sure your friend is at peace...ASOP is right, spirits have a way of letting you know that they are o.k..Without seeing, or feeling his presence, he may have already giving you a sign that all is well, without you realizing it...Have you had any dreams of him, that you remember...such as seeing his face with a smile, or hearing him say he's alright..Give it time, and he will come to you.....don't dwell on it and take it day by day

sorry for your loss, but sometimes it can take years before he comes see you, i've had my parents come in dreams but it took so long, and then at one point i wasn't feeling so good about myself and i asked them many times to show up in dreams and they did, i even had my dad come in my room and give me a peck on the cheeck.... Good luck i hope he comes see you soon.

Sorry to hear of your loss bishka... I'd say this advice will give you the greatest satisfaction as tough as it is.

Bishka. Personally, I wouldn't try and contact him. I feel calling them back isn't a good idea, wait for your sign, I'm sure it will come and send him your love and happy thoughts of him.

However, I'm still waiting for my sign too. I'm sure they'll come when the time is right.

You really don't NEED to contact your friend that passed on. You'll just get that feeling when you know everything is allright... when it hits you you'll know it. Don't even look for it, it will just happen.

I lost a really good friend a while back and went a whole year before I even found out how he died... shortly after that I just KNEW everything was ok. It was this amazingly warm flush feeling that came over me one day out of the blue. A few bizarre things happened around the house at the same time... but it just happens. You can't go looking for it.

First, let me tell you how sorry I am for your loss.
I recently, lost my grandfather several months ago, and I went through the kinda the same thing, where I wanted to contact him, to see if he was okay.
It took me awhile, to realize that, my grandfather was in such a much better place. And even though it hurt alot right now, that I was going to see him again.
But, no long after that, I was taking care of my grandmother, at their house, and sometimes, at night, I could just feel that he was there watching over me, keeping me safe.

Yes they are right dont call on him you dont know who will come. The spirit world is nothing to play with your friend will come he will. My sister was murdered back in 1975 im not sure how much time past when she came to me "I was 12yrs old" but she came to me as a morning dove. I was crying I missed her so much and I was near the window this bird just came in the window at sat there for about 10 min. it just looked at me and cooed I reached out to touch it and poof gone I mean I did not even see it fly away just.....gone. I knew it was her and she was happy,safe.The last time I saw her was when my daughter was being baptized as soon as my daughter was blessed I saw my sister yup it was her behind the priest and I cryed. I then knew she was my daughters gaurdian angel. Your friend he knows when.... the time will come. And talk to him he listens.
