For a creature with tremendous size would requeire tremendous energy-foodsource. if there was a creature of such propotion and in has survived from pre-history as a brood of its kin, then it would be the alpha predator of the area. it would require a large food supply, the area couldnt possible support its needs. its perfectly imposible.

If you're talking about the T-Rex, then I totally agree. First of all, the Everglades is huge but with a giant (slightly stupid) Tyrannosaurus blundering around...well, he would certainly not be wise enough to stay in the Everglades. He would easily leave the Everglades, eating people, reaking havoc, and completely oblivious to the fact that he should hide from humans. Just his roar alone would have been heard for miles, and there are constantly people and tourists racing around, so it would be ridiculous to assume that a dinosaur of that proportion could be able to hide from humans, even if he was slightly intelligent enough to do so. Now, I'm not normally the skeptic, but I have to on this one.

Are you kidding me? Starting with the Host, this was better made, but it was still the predictable, "family accomplishes its revenge against the monster" cliche' as any B-Move. Funny that with the entire korean defense force after the monster, the 'hero family' finds and kills it. Totally dumb and implausible.

You missed the entire point of the film. You were so wrapped up in the apparentally essential realism that you missed the tearjerking story, the symbolism and overall the depth of the film. Also, it was unpredictable, the girl dying was a huge shock, and in the end the family did not accomplish revenge, as they never sought revenge. Furthermore the final scenes show that it was not in most ways a happy ending, everything did not work out as hoped. I really could not give a rats a*s if a film is 'inplausible', if it is entertaining, emotional, frightening, or brings me to tears with laughter, it has done its job and is a good film.

Furthermore I am happily amused at your total 'obliviousness' to how absurd you dragon theories are, yet you can point out illogical parts of good films and declare them to be bad movies. Interesting.
