Another Phoenix Lights incident on April 21st, 2008?

Some people believe it was a hoax - that some "anonymous" guy simply used monofilament to put te flares up along with helium filled balloons. Jeff Woolvine and Kevin Smith debate on why the official explanation doesn't wash. Radio interview.
