In the U.S. no its not fair. I dont think there is enough justice.

I think it's flawed in the U.S. and the penalties we give criminals are the biggest joke on the planet. The U.S. has the absolute LAMEST penalties on the globe.

Hundreds of differenciating views on laws from 50 different states, thousands of judges with alternative viewpoints and my least favorite ... going in front of a judge for a stupid immature fight when I was 16 two days after his house burned. The justice dept. of the United States is broken and the glue to fix it is drying out.
