"A 10-year-old Irish boy yesterday became the youngest European to climb one of the worlds highest mountains.

Seán McSharry, from Stillorgan, Co Dublin, reached the 5,898 metre summit of Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, at noon Irish time.

He missed out on becoming the youngest person in the world to reach the summit after it emerged a 10-year-old Californian boy reached the peak in 2006."
Blind Atrocity
And none of this made it on tv News? Or I just missed it. Wow, those kids got guts.

My question is not really significant, but out of curiosity, how many people in the climbing party? Numbers are irrelevant to his success. I'm just curious.
Hell, I'd love to camp out on Kilimanjaro - especially before all the snows melt.
