For me it's probably that you start seeing stuff growing again, along with it being warmer of course. For example, there's a little path of woods near where I live, at this time of year I've started going out of my way to walk along it

Here's my favorite things:

Spring: It warms up. And you just want to be outside more. And the gentle breezez.

Summer: You're out of school. The hot weather, the amusement parks, & the late night outs.

Okay that's some of the things I like about Spring & Summer.

GREEN!!!! The green of new grass, leaves, and other plants. Green means life!!!! Green is my fav color!!

I think in the movie "The Secret Garden" they make a reference to Green meaning life. Been awhile since I seen it.

What I love about spring is that everything is awakeing...Every day, there are new plants that are showing, the trees are getting fuller, and everything looks so colorful and pretty... I love to listen to the birds chirp, and see the kids with their fishing gear going down to the bay... Nature and everyone just comes alive.....

All of natures wildlife comes out to live in the sun, hummingbirds, and dragon flies and awesome sunsets, bonfires upon secluded beaches watching whales lift up out of bluest sea and spy hopping turning in a circle observing the world, waterfalls cascading in the fullness of rushing snow melted waters, mountain top exploding with vivid colors of wild flowers, bushes and trees flowering a budding to bring forth bearing luscious fruits such as black barriers, and having black berry battles with my grand children and our cray fish round up…I can go on here telling of what all of life is to be had in spring time for me and my family.

Spring is as if Nature herself has awakened from a deep sleep. The flowers are in bloom, the sweet sounds of birds singing in the morning, the green grass and beautiful leaves. And of course, the warmer weather.

Well.. hate to crash the party, but I HATE Spring! I always get sick around my birthday which is during Spring, even though I have no allergies! Bad memories, it always affected me at school
I love Summer because.. it's better than Spring! At least I'm not sick in Summer

Spring here is bacically the start to winter in these here parts. Tis either wet or dry season.

The best thing about spring in Oz is that you can put your make-up on and it stays on. Summer just makes it melt clean off ya face. 40 degree heat dont take to kindly to concealer or masscara.

OK, not meaning to sound thick but, Isn't it Autumn in Australia??

The summer is just begining here in the UK, we've had a few days of lovely sunshine, I was lucky enough to be by the coast this weekend and it was magnificent.

The forecast is good all week. The trees are bursting to life and everything looks bright. The kids are in shorts today!

Generally I think I like that it's warm and sunny... but could have fooled me this year! It's May now and we haven't had 2 nice warm days in a row since last September. Generally we've had a FEW nice weeks by now.

Global warming my butt... I want warm weather, and I want to stop trying to decide if I need to wear a parka and rain slicker to work or not. **on the verge of crying** I'm starting to have panic attacks that summer is never coming.

This year's spring weather is highly unusual for this area. The cherry trees haven't even bloomed yet.

The days start getting longer. I just can't stand the fact that it's already pitch black at 6 PM in the winter!! (although I can ski in the winter, so that's kind of a plus).

Besides, the girls start to take off all their parkas and long coats and the hunting season opens mwhahaha

I like camping in the Mongolian countryside, climbing hills and mountains, and eating fresh sheep or goat with my Mongolian in-laws. BTW, we kill the animals and I always give thanks for their sacrifice. We pour libations to the sheep. [People who live on a farm might appreciate what I say. It's far different killing an animal in the family herd as it slowly gives away its breath - far different from buying meat in the grocery store. And you have to give thanks when it's happening...]

What I like about spring/summer is the girls on the street are just getting sexier with those shorts, bikinis, sun tan, etc

I love the seasons, all make the year interesting. I live in England, so you get to know what Season means, lol. That's if it's not raining constantly all year, lol. I lived in Mexico for 5 years and the thing I missed the most was the seasons. It varied a little but nothing noticeable. This first struck home when there was Christmas decorations up when the sun was beating down and it was almost 27c. The fake snow was melting on thew windows, and very few people wore Santa costumes due to not wanting heat exhaustion, lol.

Back to the original topic, I love Spring because even though Winters great - dark early, cold and the snow, all the good bits, Springs good because you just starting to get bored with it being dark at 3 in the afternoon, and before you know it your sat outside at 8pm and its still mild.

I like the fact it is not too hot or not too cold , and the new blooms and flowers . The sounds of the birds
