When I go to the chatroom, there is always a red cross on the top left corner of the screen and i can't proceed any furthur. Anyone knows what the problem is? I don't think its the java problem. Cause I went to the java website and saw that I have downloaded the latest java.

I just checked and I don't think it's you because I can't get it to load either. Java just sits there idle.

I believe there is a scheduled maintenance underway on the chat service.

It should be working again in a short while.
