the Dover Demon has gone down the same path as Charles Fort's 'procession of the damned', and disappeared into obscurity.

Although the area of Massachusetts is still teeming with reports of paranormal activity. Loren Coleman was among the very first investigators out there to investigate the sightings of the Dover Demon, he lists the area as a 'Window' area; a centrepoint for a whole range of paranormal phenomenon. In some places the 'windows' stay open for a short period of time (see mothman) while in some cases the sightings can last for a number of years.

Of course the reasons behind these 'windows' are not known, or even what they are...

I'd reply to your thread, but I just don't know if I can be bothered.

Oh ha ha guys...
Anyway: these are the two sightings I know of.

March 14th 2007- I know very little about this one
April 21st 1977- Everyone knows about this one.

However!
Wikipedia says there are 3 sightings.
(and as we all know, wikipedia are fact)
I want to know more of March 14th and the other one (April 21st is not it)

wqow guys...c'mon...so the first poster was lazy...don't mean we gotta follow his example and do the whole "I'm too lazy to give a sentance that makjes sense" thing. It isn't funny...trust me...that is just pathetic games for small children.

Yes, the Dover Demon has only been sighted twice. I doubt it hoax or hallucination, as the description is pretty much identical vfor both sightings and neither person knew the other beforehand, neither did they actually spread the word to each other beforehand.
