Blueberry, the kid loch ness monster was feeling very excited. It was the day of choosing of the loch ness monster to poke their head out of the water and perform a show. The choosing is taken place in front of a whole lot of judges and the jugdeing went in Blueberry's favour. He is choosen to swim against the current as well as do a few spectacular acts. Even as he swam home, he is thinking about great tricks to do to impress the humans by the shoreline.
Even at home, he could not stop talking about it.(Loch ness monsters, other than the choosen ones are not allowed to display any tricks to give humans even a slight feeling that they are there. But the choosen ones can do anything they can think of) Mother, the humans now think that we are actually elephants. "Shall I wave a fin at them?" His mother replied "yes dear, you may. You will be doing this for a few hours before coming back into the water. So there would be a lot of time." He went to bed excited.
The next day. He was at the edge of the water and poked an eye out, saw many people looking at the waters. So he rose up slowly and gracefully. Only to find that the humans were armed with cannons, guns and everything else he could think of. "There is the monster, GET HIM" was the only thing he heard before he got up. Sensing his mother's eye on him, he decided to say "its nothing, only a nightmare." Despite the bad dream, he wanted to do the stunts.
The next day, the day was bright and clear. The wind was good too. Just the type of weather that would get pinickers to loch ness to watch the waters. Just as he did in his dream, he peered at the people first. "Well they looked harmless" he decided. He rose up slowly, twisting around to see everything around him. This had a great effect, for some of the people stared at him and said, "the monster is moving, the monster's moving. I saw it twist." Blueberry even dared to wave a hugh dorsal fin at the people who were watching him. Disbelieving whispers sounded "its not an elephant." And Blueberry was glad. He did not like to be compared to his distant cousin the elephant who had chosen the land. He even magaged a backflip that made all the watchers snatch for their far seeing lenses. Blueberry was glad at the attention he recieved.
After it was over, he had to go home. Everyone was thrilled at the backflip he did. And he became the center of attention for the day.
At news, all the front pages were splashed with things like "loch ness monster turns backflips".
Well my readers, until next time.
