This may have been posted before (it seems to come accross as the sort of thing that would have been) so my apologies if it already has...

If your using XP, go to start, then 'run' and type 'eudcedit'. It launches some sort of font creator programme which cant be found in most other ways...

I believe the source of this information was www.www.tipsdr.com/?cat=44. its about halfway down the page... thumbsup.gif

I have yet to find a use for it, but i will someday... thumbsup.gif

Edit: of man, I've gone and spelled program wrong in the title... I dont think i can access it to change it... oh well.

Pretty sure this font editor has been in Windows since at least Win98, possibly 95, it's also in Vista and Windows 7.

Nothing new, it's just not on most feature lists because 9 of 10 folks will never use it.

Cool.. knowledge is power!

And as usual you are pretty right. In '95 you still needed a non-Microsoft one, but it existed in '98. It was mostly used by some game creating freaks who could not let loose from the old dos time tricks.

Why are you so surprised? He clearly made a typo in the topic so we can utilise this new info to fix the spelling laugh.gif

I couldn't remember if it was in '95 or not. In 1995, I was working on Commerce Sever, Site Server--not Windows. I'm working on Windows again, and I did check Friday's Windows 7 build, and it's still in there. I don't see that they plan to pull it out.
