I saw this "video" of what is supposed to be a new aircraft, probably unofficially recognized at this point.
Anyone have more information?

The only thing that I know about is that I have seen some in flight, distant photos over at ufocasebook.com that look an awful lot like that plane, Off the top of my head I think it was pics from reports over California, but I could be mistaken.
