This photo looks like it's straight out of a tabloid. What's gets me is that the report claims that it is a still from a video camera at the plant. Too often there is talk of a video and it just never seems to surface. Google search only turned up these still photos:

That is perhaps the worst pic of a supposed alien I have ever seen.
louie
OMG no no no no. lol.
thats hilarious
Ghost Ship
LoL. Yes indeed. However, because of the bad quality of this evidence it means that whoever might have made it wasnt trying very hard to convince anyone. Usualy fakes look like high quality fakes, not poor quality forgeries these days with CGI and Photoshop.

That's no alien. That's Continflas.

REBEL
Posted this pic before, of real life Alien/Ets spotted & photographed that were abandoned by the government after being tortured & abused (note the scars & malnutrition) in secret government experiments. With noway of getting home, left to fend for themselves in our unforgiving urban jungles.

Probably not out of a video camera either; no scan lines in the blowup.

I tend to agree with you. But let's not lose sight of the fact that the report was discovered and Englished by the highly-regarded inter-Americas paranormalist Scott Corrales, who rarely if ever turns in slop.

Wow. I don't care who put it up. It looks like crap. Good grief. Vampires and now lousy alien pics.

An alien in a power plant? Sounds like a plot to an X-Files episode.
Oh wait, it 'is' a plot to an X-Files episode.
