not sure what to make of it...

looks kind of like a flare or meteor good for a night film..

Looks kind of low, so my guess is a radio tower. The flickering can maybe be explained as a flock of birds moving in front of the tower.

Yeah, it's a bit hard to make anything out there are all.

I live in Madison. Where in the city was this shot?

Lets see same place in daylight...... looks like radio tower, and perhaps trees moving in front a little that momentarily blocks it. Birds dont fly at night... they go bump!




So really its not a ghost going bump in the night...its bird! lol just kidding....
