now before i twist anyones nipples..i got GTA4 on me ps3..and i must say its a great game...but not worth the ten its getting....in all honesty we must admit that for sum reason they have actually took key feautures away from wot i believe made the game wot it is.....illl list...

weapons in short list....
ambulance missions...
fire trucking...
mini game missions
ice cream trucking..more and much more...
these are just a few of important in game factors that have took away....
do u think there just doing it becuase its the first one and theyll do this for the next one by reporting everything back in....

another quick note...wot do i do with all my money i fill theres no where to spend it... there is much more..im just a little dissapointed because apart from the missions the game fills empty!

but the graphics and detail are amazing yeah no fire truck missions, fluffybunny brought gta 4 for this reason

^It was a global launch so we were one of the first countries on the planet to get it thanks to the time difference. I personally purchased it on launch day and have been happily playing it ever since.

Yeah I was hoping to see more stores and activities to do, so much more potential wasted. Kinda disappointing after all the great reviews.

Trust, me there are plenty of others, but a lot of them have faded away by now.

Eh the majority of the buildings still have that 'painted on' effect if you know what I mean. Like the side of the buildings that you can't go into are flat and it looks like the doors, windows, etc were just painted on. Also all the pedestrians still mostly look the same with little variance. The whole dating and making friends system feels like a chore. The driving, fighting, and shooting systems are still underdeveloped. I still don't care for the storyline of this series (although I did just start playing, maybe it gets more compelling). I haven't unlocked all the islands yet but the whole game looks to be one big city...as where in GTA: SA you had a variety of environments. Little variety in the missions again.

They made everything better but didn't fix any of the problems of the series.

Vice City is my favorite too. I actually liked GTA3 alot more than GTA2 though. There's just something about that one for me.

I like GTA IV, the characters are likable, and chances are if you don't like someone in the story sooner or later you're gonna be able to kill them anyways. Some of GTA IV is innovative and new. But it still retains the GTA feeling, so the story is pretty predictable.

I think they'll expand more on the game features when they make the next GTA IV game. Like they've done with GTA 3. GTA 3 wasn't all that special, but they fleshed out the features and story line with the next two spin offs.



I still have the first two GTA's, when they had a top down camera angle. I still play 'em.

Man,I havent played a GTA game since 2 came out.God that game was amusing,before I found the cheats,then it got rather dull.It's was so funny hearing the little pixels talk and scream and stuff like that,lol.
