im a little ticked of about SSB right now
i do not agree with some of the changes they have made in the game
for instance MewTwo was taken out
WTF why would they do that? hes the Pokemon Villian!
and replace him with Lucario?
now dont get me wrong i like Lucario, just not as a replacement Mewtwo

ok now what the topic is about...

1: Ridley. -metroid series-
the reasone i feel Ridley should be in the game is because hes is the villain of the Metroid games plus he has been in Every Metroid game to date.
and also hes just a iconic vilian like bowser and ganon.

2: Mike Jones. -startropics-
Mike Jones should def be in the next one. Star Tropics was easly one of the best games on the NES,
he would be a great NES bring back like Pit and Ice Climers.

3: Crash Bandicoot. -crash bandicoot series-
must i say more? i mean ssb has Mario, and now Sonic, i think its time to bring in the 3rd system Mascot..
in the early 90's the N64 was out, along with the Sega Saturn, and the Sony Playstation!
each had its own mascot, Mario, Sonic, and Crash!
plus i think it wouls be bad ass to see mario crash and sonic in one huge battle together.

4: MegaMan. -megaman series-
need i say more again?
a classic NES character again and an iconic face to Video Games. megaman would be a great newcomer to SSB
plus seeing him and samus meet would be epic

5: Lil Mac. -Punch Out!-
Lil Mac from would be a nice bring to the game
another classic NES player
i feel Lil mac as a playable character instead of an assist trophy would be great fun.

6: Blood Falcon. -FZero series-
Blood falcon, captain falcon's clone and rival would be a cool character to be if nintendo doesnt make him like Captain Falcon, like newer moves insted of chainging the same moves

7: Eliwood - fire emblem series-
Eliwood the hero of Fire Emblem 7 would be a great FE character, with a completly different sword style, Eliwood's style is more like Fencing, more stabing and thrusting than swinging and slashing like Marth or Ike plus Eliwood is Roy's Father!

8: Hecter. -fire emblem series-
Hecter is the child hood friend of Eliwoods and a very powerful fighter who grows up to be the marquess of the most powerful nation in Lycia(i think thats the country?) Hecter weilds an Ax wich is a big change from the other FE characters, which is why i think he would be a cool add in SSB

9: Cloud Strife.
Cloud Stife, though not in the firt FF game he is the iconic FF character, the first Final Fantasy game was on the NES but there werent any big characters from it, cloud is from my view the Final Fantasy Mascot.

10: Blue / Rival. -pokemon series-
i feel Blue being Red/pokemon trainer's rival he was the villian of the game, though not the traditional villian, but it nonetheless,
he would be a cool character to play as. being the same consept as Red/pokemon trainer using pokemon to fight with.
i could see him useing
Light Weight - Growlith
Medium Weight - Kadabra
Heavy Weight - Nidoking

11: Isaac. -golden sun series-
isacc would be a cool playable character instead of an assist trophy like lil mac


12:Andy. -advaced wars-

13: Mewtwo. -pokemon series-
Bring him back!

14: Roy. -fire emblem series-
Bring him back!

15: Ganondorf with sword -legend of zelda series-
he uses his sword in every boss fight in the games why not in ssb?

16: Ganon. -zelda series-
Ganon the evilest entity in existance
and by ganon i dont mean ganondorf, i mean f##kin Ganon the ganon
the big pig monster who weilds a spear and double swords!

17: Skull kid -zelda-
just because hes skull kid lol

assist trophys-

1: Jaffar. -fire emblem series-
in the game Jaffar's class is Assassin, and the assassin class is the only class that has a one-hit KO move
and i think that would be a cool effect for a trophy

Lucario replaced Mewtwo because Lucario is the new popular pokemon these days I hear.

As for the rest:
Ridley-He is too big. He's a giant dragon thing. Too big to be playable.
Mike Jones-Not popular enough to make the roster.
Crash-Crash isn't a Nintendo owned character. The only reason Snake and Sonic made it the roster is because of the good Business relationship between Sega and Nintendo(as in Mario and Sonic at the Olympics) and Hideo Kojima asked Nintendo to put Snake in. Neither Nintendo or whoever owns Crash these days has a reason to put him in. Also if anybody is the mascot for Sony these days its Snake anyways.
Megaman-Long rumored to be apart of SSBB. Considering Nintendo's strong relationship with Capcom this is a likely possibility if they wish to continue third party characters.
Lil Mac-Sure why not but considering he isn't all that popular I'm sure he isn't high on the list for new recruits.
Blood Falcon-Sure why not.
Eliwood- never played fire emblem but they pick the characters from that series based on popularity and/or whoever is the star of the newest game in the series.
Cloud-Unlikely. Square is developing its own Smash Brothers style fighting game using its FF roster of characters and even then for some reason Square keeps their Sony FF games eperate from their Nintendo FF games...so the most we would see from Square would be generic things like Chocobo, Black Mage, Quatar, etc. (Like in Mario Hoops 3on3) Even then Square will want a cut of the profits.
Blue Trainer-Kind of redundant but then again The smash brothers does use clone characters alot but I believe they would use more popular pokemon then you suggested.
Isaac-SSB doubles as advertisement for Nintendo if there were another golden sun game coming out then im sure Nintendo would have him in but as it is now not too many people would even know who he is.
Ganondorf-I think its because of balance reasons he doesn't have a sword but I agree that he should use one.
Ganon-same as Ridley, too big. Isn't Ganon Ganandorf's final smash anyways?
Skull Kid-he was in one game and The zelda series is already well represented in the series.
Andy-Nobody liked Andy, nobody liked any of the characters from Advanced wars. Assist Trophy thats it.

beside if u wanna talk big, in mario 64 bowser is like 3 times bigger than mario, but nintendo brought him down to his original size,
plus in the opemning for SSBM samus is fighting ridley and the 2 are almost equil in height.

think about it they brought back NES characters that im sure very few ppl remembered, plus startropics is rememberd, it just has been forgoton by the times.

i picked the pokemon for blue because they were his most popular,
Arcanine, Alakazam, and Nidoking.
but to even them out i brought some down a evl line.

pluse all ganes other than zelda 2, OoT, TP are based with young link as "link"
so take the size of link and young link and compare with ganon from other games than OoT cause thats really the only time were hes that big, other than TP

and skull kid was in another game. we was in TP, he had a small part but regardless. and no i feel they need another zelda character cause i dont wanna keep seein a smaller version of link they should get a differ character with differ movesand when i said skull kid i really ment majora
