Word is that the film is to be filmed in Russia, despite what most blogs have said on the subject. Danel Boyle is said to be the director of the 3rd film which is officaly named 28 months later. No word if filming has started yet but it should be good. For those of you who didnt like 28 weeks later compared to 28 days later you will be happy to know that Danel Boyle was the original director for the series but could only film part of 28 weeks later because he was filming another movie titled Sunshine. And if u liked 28 weeks later better than days you will be also happy with the film being filmed under Fox Atomic.

What are your views on the subject, I am delighted to hear that there is a 3rd installment of the series.

I'm curious and will probably see this when it comes out.

Theres a third one coming? Great! I love those movies.

The first two are pretty boring, with a few good scenes each. I'm not holding my breath for the third one.

Let me tell you about my mind (I hate it sometimes), it will not let me enjoy movies sometimes. I was watching 28 days later and they said that they were waiting for the infected to die after going for so long without food. They would die in 3 or 4 days without water. The illogic ... it hounds me. disgust.gif

As long as it's nothing like 28 Weeks Later, I can rest in peace.
That had to be the most disappointing sequel I've seen in years.

Can't wait till it comes out

I adored the first film. Partly due to a ridiculous crush on Murphy... but please don't think that makes my opinion fan-girly-based tongue.gif I just thought it was better. Better plot. I agree w/ rhyknow about the second film. Awful. After I watched the first movie I went through a slight zombie-flick obsession which was effectively destroyed by the awfulness of the second. Hopefully the third will be awesome.

Also, I think it'd be a lot easier for them to find water over "food". Like all the lakes and... such.

I thought both 28 days and 28 weeks were good.

Anybody hear anything about who might be in it? Or what the plot for this one might be about?

I havent herd anything yet, but i did hear they might have the original survivors from 28 days meet up with 28 weeks surviors. but that was from a random blog which i cannot find the link to, soo i wouldnt invest in that idea too much.

I liked the first one, but was disappointed in the second one. I've never heard of the 3rd installment, but I will see it if it comes out.
