I was wondering if anyone has read Leslie Rule book about ghosts. It was mentioned in said book that Scott Peterson saw Laci's "image" in the mirror in front of their bed. What are your perspectives on this???

Did he say she had the same expression on her face that she did as he was killing her?

It may have been due to his guilty conscience?! I truly hope it was due to a guilty conscience, because I hope that Laci is in a better place and not trapped here.

Yes, I have read all of Leslie Rule's books, and I thought the story was interesting.
Here's what I was able to find out:

SCOTT PETERSON: I SAW LACI'S GHOST

Scott Peterson saw his wife Laci's ghost! That's what Scott confided to a close friend of Laci, who is
now a potential key witness in his murder trial. Scott saw the eerie apparition just days after cops
began searching for the supposedly "missing" pregnant woman, a NE obtained report reveals.

The bizarre disclosure immediately made cops suspicious of Scott. They began to believe
that he knew Laci was dead because he murdered her. That was why he saw her ghost
at a time when she was only "missing" and possibly still alive.

Scott reported his frightening encounter with Laci's apparition to her good friend
Kim McNeely, according to the police report. He told Kim that he had been
awakened in the middle of the night. He got up and his gaze fell on a mirror in his
bedroom and suddenly he saw Laci's image in the mirror, standing behind him!

Kim McNeely passed his story on to Det. Jon Buehler, who conducted repeated interviews
with Laci's good friends in the months after she went missing. Kim thought it strange that
Scott was seeing Laci's ghost when everyone else thought she was still alive.

wait.. so basically, scott saw the ghost of lacy in the mirror??? im soo lost haha.. he knew she was dead, so why was she seeing her?? what was the point?

I wouldnt believe anything Scott Peterson said..I hope he rots in prison, the death penalty is too good for him..

I'm not so sure I believe Scott really saw Laci's ghost. But even if he did, I wonder if it even effected him? I believe he was a true sociopath. I'm not sure he really has feelings of remorse or empathy, etc.

An absolutely TRUE Psychopath-- I suppose he was framing himself when was caught lying on cell phone records to be in France watching the Firework show to his lubby, when he was really at his dead wife's (& child's) vigil.

Of course he had to lie to Amber OMG..Lets not forget the boat he bought for Laci for Xmas, and hid in the warehouse. Nice gift for a very pregnant woman who hates boats cause she gets sea sick. If you look up Sociopath, his picture is beside it. I felt SO bad for Sharon, Laci's Mom OMG I cant imagine. Her neighbors reported after they found the bodies, they could hear Sharon screaming crying in the shower day after day. I find the fact that the bodies washed ashore not far from where he dumped them, divine intervention. Poor Laci and Conner..He still shows no remorse, POS..JN

Its said he spends his time writing love letters to women who support and "love" him. The best part was a few other inmates beat the crap out of him one day during his one hour outside.They ROCK..

Now that I could see him doing. Ive also heard about the braindead hopeless women who write to him. I can definitely picture him writing back to them. He friggin adores himself.

As far as the inmates beating him up story...hey, that's just good old fashioned street justice. I wonder what THEY were in for, though? Haha. Still, I'm surprised the prison allows him to be close enough to people where they could actually beat him up. Don't they usually try to keep them away from the general population? Oh well, maybe someone "accidentally" left him outside with the wrong people.

I am pretty certain this was just a rumor, I think it was The Star or Enquirer who reported it. I would imagine he is single cell and is probably in the protective housing unit, which limits his interaction with other inmates.

I doubt if this was a rumor...Inmates don't take lightly to these kind of killings, and if he only got an hour outside, that would be the time to do it...Guards very easily can turn their heads...I'm sure the prison isn't going to set up one special hour for Peterson, to be outside with no other inmates around...Who knows, but if they did beat the crap out of him...good.....

I don't know if he is in the protective housing unit. My guess is he is or at least ad-seg. This would mean: If in PHU he will be with other inmates that are also in PHU. He will only have contact with them; they won't hurt him, because that means they will lose their place in PHU. Which they do not want, because they are targets themselves. There actually is a "special time" for these inmates, although not for yard time as they have their own yard and are not in with the general population. For example if a PHU inmate needs to see a Dr. Nurse or even for a dental appointment, the clinic will be cleared of all other inmates for the safety of the PHU inmate. Anyway, you would be sadly surprised at what the state is forced to do over lawsuits.

Wow, thanks for the info...So although these inmates are murderers, etc...they do in their own way get special treatment, for their own protection...Makes me wonder, here is a physcopath who is in for two murders, and still being protected...As far as him getting love letters, this type is a celebrity in women's eyes....What a wacko world we live in...

LOL He is not in general population but death row. But for ONE hour a day he is allowed to work out in the gym or go outside..He needs another azz kicking, one for Laci and one for Conner..Yes he is a true narcicist. I hope he "accidently" gets left outside longer next time..POS....JN

No I watched it on CNN quite awhile ago..He ended up in the medical facility for one day, for treatment. Death row inmates in CA are in their cells 23 hours a day, and allowed out for only one hour, supervised..thats the last I heard..JN

You could be right, I just never heard about it. I'm a nurse in another Ca. correctional facility and lol, we hear lots of rumors, but not all I'm sure.

Right and gas is $1.59 a gallon......
