The other day my wife went to see an OB/GYN she had never been before, her mome never took her & no one ever told her that she should go. After everything was said & done she was told she had PCOS. While it's nothing life threating it is something she needs to deal with they gave her meds & put her on birth control to help. It could lead to other things is bad if she does not get it under control, so I am taking some time to help her deal with this. I know the mods will move this put I put it here because I spend more time here then in other parts of the fourm. For those of you intrested in PCOS I posted a link......Take care people I'lll see you all around down the road.

Good luck Norwood. A close friend of mine had this severely and was told she'd never be able to have children and she was devastated as she was newly married and had always wanted children (not that this always leads to infertility). Years later, she'd been having bad abdominal pains and her doctor sent her for a scan and they found a heartbeat, she was pregnant, quite far along if I remember rightly, and she had a son and a daughter followed.

Your presence will be missed in the time you are gone norwood. Believe it or not you make me study more and I learn new things from your posts when I attempt to give another view in response to yours. Just know I will be sending some prayer (positive energy) your and your lady's way and hope it reaches yall in a very rough time emotionally. I truly feel for yalls situation and read that it is the number one cause of infertility. Hopefully that does not happen but if it does just know if you guys ever want children adoption is an option. Me and my wife have been thinking about it for the last few years for ourselves. Blessed be.
