Yep. When she statred on the show it was brought up. Not long after there was a mass banning on Scifi. People being banned for up to 10,000 years no joke. From what i hear Scifi board for GH is nothing more then a "Oh steve is hot site." They cleaned house. Banned or ran off anyone that brought up Taps as the fakers they are.

But Steve IS hot!! LOL..Looks to me as if they are busted since that last EVP..I wonder how this is going to affect the show, ratings and their fans? JN

Yeah, I had heard she was an actress too. I think it is true they talked about that during the first Ghost Hunters case she showed up on. Sounds familiar. Actually, if I remember correctly, on an episode of Beyond Reality Radio, Jay and Grant talked about how they met her on a film set or something. They were doing technical advisory type work, maybe? I can't be certain. But anyway, they met her and they became friends. So they've allegedly known each other for several years now and she'd always been interested in going on cases with them, etc.

Now, I'm sure it doesn't hurt the cause that she'll appeal to the male viewers. Pretty soon there will be a Kris Williams calendar or something to buy. And I always expected her to fall for Steve or something, while Tango pined from afar.

Many of the ladies may disagree, but he's not all that of a looker, at least not to me- & the sleeves are just tacky, tasteless.

Pretty soon the whole cast will be on D Listed. As it stands right now, Hollywood doesn't give two figs about GH. That is... until the alluring Kris Williams makes the "scene". Which will be soon. Its all about the ratings, right? I mean, if you didn't see it before, this must concrete it.

It's funny...Steve and I have pretty much the same fears. I'm creeped out by spiders, I'm definitely afraid of heights. Never been on an airplane, for instance...and IM NOT GOING TO!!! haha. But I do hafta laugh when he screams about a spider or cries about an airplane. I'm not that bad. But I can at least understand what he's going through.

The moment Kris first appeared on the screen, I started yelling things at the TV such as, "Jeez, she looks like an actress," and "what is she, a model?" I'd freeze on a pic of her face and tell my wife, "look at that! Like this pretty girl just happens to wander onto the team for some big camera time!"

So it is the complete opposite of a surprise to me that she is an aspiring model and/or actress.

At least Gayle Porter on Dead Famous and Yvette Fielding on Most Haunted are shown as TV presenters who used to be models or whatever instead of members of a serious investigation team who just happen to look like media personalities.

I think Kris is there for her looks myself. Just to put a pretty face in the mix. Since Donna isn't there anymore. Some of the other girls weren't all that.

Jason addressed this in his blog. According to him yes she has done some acting (not sure what) but nothing major. You could say Jason and Grant were Hollywood-types before GH because they consulted on shows like MTV's "Fear".

I met Chris last fall in CA. If she is a pro actress she doesn't come off like it. She's very shy.

It's a show. They know their demographics. That's what a studio does. Nothing new.
