That video was so fake, the fish even had little fin-wings. What is it, jumpin out of the water to escape a predator? Yeah right, so fake.

It's a real fish, that's for sure. The fish is known as the "flying fish" (cliche anyone?), and the "wings" are actually the fish's fins, but they have evolved to the point of letting the fish soar on warm currents of air on the surface of the ocean. They don't really "fly", they just glide. But they're definitely real.

The reason the fish's tail touches the ocean is that it's using its tail to propel itself forward. In effect, the fish "flies" by using it's tail to push it into the air where it can ride on warm air currents.

It's one thing to hear of the flying fish, another to actually see it! Very cool!

Those damn things always kicked my ass in Mario. but they're very beautifull in real life I think.
