I think the goverment is really behind the truth about the theorys of Hollow Earth, here are some clue's that the goverment is probally behind this

1.They already had the name being put up in the internet of the underground civilization, Agartha
2.They know that our mountains and landforms aren't as big as Earth's
3. I heard somewhere on the net that they will be sending someone in the future to "check up" on them
