user posted imageThe aboriginal myths and legends are called "Dream Time". Their stories contains a plethora of monsters of which many are believed to be mythological. Others might refer to real creatures and the aboriginal themselves insists they are made of flesh and blood. Some of them look like the plesiosaurs.The Aboriginal are a total of 265,000 according to the latest census, which is 1,5% of the total population of 17,5 million people. Two thirds of them aboriginal live in villages and cities, many live in the country and some as they always has done. Scientists believe aboriginal lived on the continent for between 50 000 and 60 000 years while others say 100 000 years.Australia is the only country in the world that is a continent. The land mass is close to 7,7 million square kilometers and after Antarctica it's the worlds flattest and driest continent, even though it has extreme climatic differences and topography.

There are rain forests and great plains in the north, desert in the center and rich farm lands in the east, the south and the west. A third of the country are in the tropics.

Wow.. that cave painting is amazing. But the chance of finding life plesiosaur today is almost zero, considering the climate of australia.
