However, I really don't think this is legitimate. =[ It just doesn't make sense to me...why would a demon waste its time with our questions? Why would it CARE? Yes, it's written well, but I honestly feel like it completely contradicts any and all perceptions of demons that we've had before. Not saying that we know anything for real, but if you think about it...they aren't like this, not in any interpretation in ANY culture around the world. (At least, from what I've heard of...I'm no demonologist, kindly correct me if I'm wrong =])

If they want to do evil, why is it that they would warn us AGAINST summoning them? I don't see why that would be the case =/

Both of the religious traditions in which I was raised teach that demons can only lie, that they cannot tell the truth.

I obviously can't prove that that's true but it does make me a little skittish about accepting this "demon's" words at face value.

P. s. Since when are demons supposed to show mercy to children?

wait.....so what happens when the demon tells you a story, but then says "dont believe that story. all i tell are lies"
so, do i believe the story as real? or do i not? because what he just told me (statement above) must be a lie as well

Things like this make me wonder..how the demon said the avatar may be dead when he leaves her body...maybe this is one explanation for random deaths all over the world. You know how some people just die in their sleep and there is never an explanation for it? Maybe they are being used as an avatar..or maybe something paranormal has happened to them.

I just hope that I'm never used as an "avatar" or a "host". It makes me wonder what their selection process is. Do they choose a host that they know is going to be dying anyways soon...like maybe they can see the future so this certain demon chose the little girl as his avatar because he saw into the future that she will be ran over by a car tomorrow anyways? Just for example.

Although I strongly suspect that you are correct.

What I wrote is that this was the teaching of the two religions in which I was raised - Roman Catholic and Baptist.

But I believe it is also the opinion of the other major Christian traditions - Lutheran, Presbyterian, Methodist and so on.

Now it can of course be objected that these are "just religious teachings."

But since demons are largely a Christian concept Christian teachings are what we are dealing with.

Yea this is a friends site and if you look through there is extensive research for many years, they are very good, one of the Top paranormal groups around.

The sites owner Jim discontinued the research in to demons for personal reasons, He experienced a tearable and tragic loss before the demon research was stopped, he put it there on the site explaining what happened, He also received many requests from people with demonic experience to stop the research, so he did. I wont put it here but I will give you the link to the page to see why it stopped and a lot was taken down for the demon section.

Heh, the writer, demonic or not, must have an extremely large vocabulary as he is able to word his letter very well, better than most "humans" I'd say...

So what does most people think? do they/oyu buy this stuff or is it mostly read for entertainment?
