Hmmm Urban Legend?? Or did it happen??? (Dediacted to abused animals)

The house on Briar Wood Drive remained empty for several years. During one summer, an elderly couple moved to town in hopes of finding a nice place to retire. To their surprise, they found a wonderful house that had a huge backyard and nice shade trees. There was space between the neighbors, which was something Carl had always wanted. He hated living to close to people. He felt like he had not privacy. When the couple looked at the house, they knew it was their dream come true. Everybody in the town decided this time they would tell the couple what all had happened in the house. Carl's wife, Alma, was terrified of the house. She did not want anything to do with the house. However, Carl did not believe in ghosts or supernatural phenomenons. Carl was 75 years old and ready to settle into a nice house and he was not going to let some stupid stories scare him away from a bargain. A week later Carl bought the house. The couple moved in the following month.
Alma was skeptical of the house and never really felt comfortable there. After the first year, the tension started to disappear. Carl always made fun of Alma for believing all of those stories the people had told her. Sometimes he would catch Alma alone in the kitchen looking over her shoulder and he would scare her just for the fun of it. Alma told Carl that he was lucky she had not already died of a heart attack.
Eventually, after the house was fixed to the couple's liking, Carl decided to buy a goat. He had always wanted a goat. He had a great idea. He would teach the goat how to be an attack goat. Carl named the goat Snowball, because he was completely white. He worked with Snowball for a year and Snowball had made no progress with his training. Carl decided to change his methods. Every day he would go outside and beat Snowball with a stick. He thought for sure that this would give Snowball some aggression. Alma could not believe the crazy idea that her husband had. Alma warned Carl that Snowball would kill him if he did not stop beating him. Carl just laughed and continued his "training".
Several months later, Carl went outside and approached Snowball with the stick. The lights started to flicker in the house. Alma looked outside to see what Carl was doing. Snowball lowered his head and rammed Carl in the stomach. Snowball went crazy, ramming Carl in his abdomen. Carl ran, trying to get away from Snowball. He fell off of the porch and landed on his back. Snowball continued to ram him. Alma was shocked. She could not believe what had happened. She called 911. When the ambulance came, Carl was pronounced dead due to serious abdominal wounds. A week later Alma, moved out of the house and was never seen again. Snowball was rescued and sent to live with other abused animals.

Actually this is a true story (Saw it on a show one time). I don't think the guys name was Carl though...and the goat really killed him by flipping him over the porch rail and breaking his neck. Other than that though it is real.
Belle.

Actually, that's a Michael Jackson song. AAF covered it.

And yeah, good on the goat!

You'd think it would take the goat less time to butt his *** and teach him a lesson. Sometimes at the four H fair down and my grandma's all I have to do is pet one and it'll try to butt my hand....then they eat my clothes. disgust.gif ... >_> I don't know if they like or hate me.

But yes...woohooo goat!

*resists the urge to make another MJ reference*

Yeah, I do kinda feel sorry for the old man though.

OK, so what did the ghost stories that the townspeople told them have to do with anything? There is nothing supernatural about an abused animal attacking its abuser. It actually happens quite often... disgust.gif

I think its the reference to the flickering lights that forced the poster into the assumption!

And I nearly fell off the chair laughing at the idea of a Killer goat.
