Here's some advice for the younger guys, when your in a bad situation just think of it as a thunderstorm, there is nothing you can say or do that will calm the storms fury so just take shelter and go about your business it will pass and the sun will come out again in a few days
and to pull off a convincing "I'm sorry" just think".."that I have to be here" in your head, but never ever ever say that part out loud!!! ...trust me!
