I have had an interest in altered states of consciousness for twenty plus years now. For the last ten I have been practicing a variety of yoga disciplines: Hatha, Taoist, Kundalini, and Tantic. Visionary plants, combined with meditation and yoga techniques allow me to reach those altered states I so enjoy.

I am not sure what I would do without those few remaining legal entheogens.
