I was wondering, what if certain movies would be remade into a Broadway/West End productions.
Personally i think the movie Cats Don't Dance would be much better as an amazing musical production.
Another idea that come to mind could be Babe, the story of the sheep pig!!! I can see it now,all lit up in bright lights "Babe, the Story of A Sheep Pig".
So what movies do you believe could be made into musicals??

Movies that already have been made oughtn't to be turned into plays; they never work as good theatre (not that most Broadway shows, especially musicals, constitute good theatre...) They're only popular because they have far better name recognition amongst the legions of tourists that come to the Times Square area.
The Producers is sort of the exception to the rule, but it's not even that good a play.

Moulin Rouge! would make a great production. With all the lights and the can-can dancers - the elephant!

It'd be so great!

oh no. Tell me that the remake is a joke. It's bad enough they are remaking "creature from the black Lagoon."
But to remake the exorcist? That just sucks. Look what the did to the Omen.

Creature from the Black Lagoon? Oh no! Why are people doing this?
Can't they choose bad movies for remakes? Try to do them better.

Moulin Rouge was a musical Broadway production before it was a movie, and Sweeny Todd has also allready been a Musical.
I like the idea of Star Wars the musical, perhaps on Ice!!
but I think my choice would have to be, ' Die Hard ', trully an excellent choice, and maybe...... On Ice!!
