The small thingies are just sparks from a bonfire or something that sort. The thing that's supposed to be ball lightning shows at around 0:28
I have never seen this before thumbs up for UM again.
At 28 seconds i *think* is what's called ball lightning. I've never seen that, nor do I want to. Lightning scares me to death.
