I don't know what the term would be, but has anyone ever dated 2 people at once?

Example: When a guy sits down at a restaurant with a date, then abruptly excuses himself from the table, then runs out of the restaurant and walks ANOTHER date into the movies, then excuses himself from the movie and goes back to restaurant and sits down at the table with his first date, then excuses himself AGAIN from the table saying he needs to use the bathroom, then goes back to the movie then excuses himself again... and so on and so on.

In movies or on tv it usually works for at least 3 or 4 switches then the person usually gets caught because of something tell-tale about his clothes, i.e. walking back into the movies with a dinner napkin, or carrying popcorn to the restaurant table?
Has anyone ever tried this?

i doubt anyone is stupid enough to cheat on someone DURING the legitimate date

I would call this guy a prick. And a bad planner. Why would you go through that much trouble when you could just take the other girl out the next night, or even later that night?
