Bloody Mary-That "myth" really freaked me out and I really don't think it helped my sleep paralysis.

Prejudice and discrimination-The world would be a lot better place if we could step out off our social groups and realize that other people aren't so different to us.

Hmmmm...maybe I should of put in a limit of about 4 like the program.
'Room 101' is a program in hte UK where famous guests say what they would like to see put into room and the presenter makes the choice whether to put it in or not.
They make an effigy of the thing and at the end the presenter can open up a platform and it drops down into room 101.
It's a great show.
