i read that china is blaming america for the recent earthquake saying that america used technology to cause this earthquake.haarp,scalar weapons or whatever it's called .I definitely think it's possible that these weapons may exist.
and if u believe it's true why would america do this

No sweat, It's good to keep an update on a topic such as this going, because HAARP's been at the centre of quite a few debates on if it 'can or can't' actually manipulate & trigger earth & weather changes <--(Conspiracy theory or Conspiracy?)
So now we have a blame game going on eh. Interesting part is, it's 'not between certain individuals (conspiracy theorists/skeptics/debunkers, etc)' BUT we now have 'countries blaming countries'. Hmmm...

I was hoping someone else would post something about this but I guess its either false or being buried. http://en.epochtimes.com/news/8-6-3/71353.html This article claims it was a chinese nuclear accident. If that were the case would not radioactive fallout be a worldwide concern?
