Hey, hey everyone!!!!!

Im back again with a new post!!!

I had a really good idea for a science project last year. My class were split into teams for the projects (five in each team). Our idea was to find out how many people were superstitious or gullible to believe an urban legend that we made up. With permission from our town council, we were allowed to post our fake story on our communtiy website. Our setting for the story was an old aboandoned house on the outskirts of the town near my house.
The legend went that one night a girl was walking home from dancing class. A car pulled up beside her asking her if she wanted a lift. The girl didnt usually accept lifts from men, and woman and old people, but since it was so dark she accepted. When she had gotten to her house, she thanked the man and reached down on the floor to get her bag. She looked over at the mans feet and saw cloven hooves instead of human feet ( sign of the devil). She screamed so hard that the man evapourized into a cloud of sulpher. Due to this incident the dance hall had to be shut down, to avoid any other incidents.
Now, the girl went mad inside this house. She saw this mans face everywere she went and heard his voice all over her house. Eventually she killed herself. Her parents also felt this presence so killed themselves shortly after. No one in the town wanted the house, so it was just forgotten about. People say that when they walk by the house they see something glowing in the window, but o one lives there so how can it be?? And some people see horrible figures and unearthly voices.
Now our find was very unexpected. We would monitor the house to see if anyone actualy came to see the house, and 112 people came to see it in the period of one month. We interviewed people on what they thought of the legend and to be honest about 45% actually believed the story. The rest came to visit just because it was an interseting story.
People still visit it with high expectations, its really fun to watch them come in. I just hope it dosnt go out of hand like the Ammityville Horror.

If (Big if) this was truly a class assignment, how irresponsible of the instructor. Still, I'm not buying it...............
Elite
i doubt they would assign or even allow this as a project

We asked if this idea was valid for the project and he said it was. He then helped us get permssion to perform the experiment.
