Definitely one of the better videos ive seen, from what i understood, the newscaster appeared to be suggesting that the footage was scrutinized by experts who were happy with the integrity of the video...

It looks like the thing is rotating. It makes quite a crazy manuever, and takes off at rapid speed. Seems like it would be hard to fake but what do I know. What the heck is that thing!?

Yes, even if it was filmed on a teléfono celular, that's no excuse.

its just another example of a phenomenon caught on tape, that was either A, too choppy, B, too unsteady, or C, not long enough duration. and plus the UFOs never stay around long enough either haha. now, it would be sweet if it showed the guy running up to the UFO, was under it, and it was a nice steady shot

If the footage is genuine,which seems to be the case,then the UFO appears to be an
'intelligently controlled,structured craft of unknown origin displaying unprecedented aerial manouverability and flight characteristics'.
(Not my words but from declassified US government documents describing other unknown flying objects)
