Really interesting how they fade in/out and increase/decrease... video is a thumbs up from me. It Tingled.
They dont seem to move very much. They look somthing like military flares.

I would have to agree. They remind me of the recent "UFO" from Arizona that was later declared a hoax by some guy that used road flares and parachutes.
