During my last visit to the states I ran across an interesting book at Barnes&Noble about ghost cats:
Ghost Cats by Dusty Rainbolt, Lyons Press
ISBN 978-1-59921-004-9

It was an interesting read, even though I am skeptic regarding the paranormal. Anybody who had animal ghost encounters 'round here?

(Note: I am NOT affiliated in any way with Lyons Press)

You mean the ghost of cats?

Once on a house investigation I might have picked up an EVP from a cat in a room where it was said the old grandmother would sit with her cat.

one time i had to go down to my basement to look for something, and when found it, I looked up and saw a shadowy black cat with red eyes under my staircase, and it was hissing, so I freaked and ran upstairs and told my mom I saw, so I went down there again and I saw nothing, no windows open or doors no nothing, and ever since their have been dead mice laying down there with their heads off. have an old house so I kind of of expect all of this kind of stuff.

Have had EVP's of dogs in cemeteries and what sounded like a lion at an abandoned residence. Also a few cases of black dogs in cemeteries.
