From what I know is that these are also called earthquake lights.The problem by using these as a earthquake warning is that they only appear while a earthquake is present and sometimes a few minutes after one just hit.

Listen to dogs barking continually that is usually your best bet a earthquake will hit thumbsup.gif .

Agree. It doesn't prove that when these "Lights" showup earthquake do follow.. I would probably go with weird animal actions. like animals heading for higher grounds.
