In Aikido, the Aikido Way created by Sense Morihei Ueshiba, in theory Because in Speaking here of the Aikido Way, if two Aikidi, are to approach in combat there would be no fight because nether of then would aggress, both being in balance, it is who one focuses and redirect the energies within, even in Anxiety, It is a Understanding of the Movements of all things in nature as the Waters flow and bend and roll up and over the rock and divides at the tree and rejoins once again, balances and harmonies or Nature, the Aggressor or attacker or foe comes at the Aikidi with anger and stiff body and great aggressions from within in with intentions to harm the Aikidi, the Aikidi then grasps aggressors wrist and redirects the aggressive energy and lets that angry energy fly off into the wind or bashing upon the ground, the aggressor does not know how to fall or roll or land or dance or becalm or have peace or heart and mind, so how can the aggressor do anything but be the results of his own inner anger and self harming until he is ether an aggressive energy within spent out or has come to find his balance and peace within and The Aikidi learn to dance…you can Wiki Aikido to understand more than which I could explain here to you my friend…but do please know that I do not recommend that you or anyone viewing these links attempt to recreate any of these movements unless directed to in classes by an Aikido Sense Master Instructor… here is a link … -->
